प्रत्येक पंजीकरण के लिए 10 अंकों का अद्वितीय मोबाइल नंबर अनिवार्य है।
छात्रवृत्ति लाभ का दावा करने वाले आवेदक के लिए केवल आधार संख्या और बैंक खाता विवरण अनिवार्य होगा।
मेरिट लिस्ट में शामिल छात्रों को उनके कॉलेज, पाठ्यक्रम और विषय संयोजन वरीयताओं के आधार पर सीटों का आवंटन किया जाएगा, जो उनकी संबंधित श्रेणियों में सीटों की उपलब्धता के अधीन होगा।
कृपया विषय संयोजनों को ध्यान से भरें। उस विशेष पाठ्यक्रम / कॉलेज में अपनी सीट सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आपको अधिक से अधिक संख्या में संयोजनों का चयन करना चाहिए।

अन्य बोर्ड (स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड, भिवानी के अलावा) के छात्र, बिना वेटेज के, अपने दस्तावेजों को किसी भी कॉलेज से सत्यापित करवा सकते हैं, जिसमें उन्होंने 21 जून 2019 और 29 जून 2019 12:00 बजे के बीच प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन किया है। आप दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के बाद ही मेरिट सूची के लिए पात्र होंगे।
गैप ईयर के छात्रों सहित सभी भर्ती छात्र 16 जुलाई को भी अपने आवेदन की एक प्रति (प्रिंटआउट) और आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ संबंधित कॉलेजों में पहुंचेंगे।

जनरल श्रेणी के छात्र अब जनरल कोटा के भीतर ईडब्ल्यूएस (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग) कोटा का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं। उन्हें उसी के लिए आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्र का उत्पादन करने की आवश्यकता है।

प्रवेश शुल्क का भुगतान ऑनलाइन या कॉलेज में अनुमोदित समय सीमा के भीतर किया जा सकता है।
सभी प्रवेश अनंतिम होंगे और कॉलेज / विश्वविद्यालय किसी भी चरण में छात्रों द्वारा फर्जी / फर्जी तरीके से दी गई जानकारी को रद्द कर सकता है।
प्रवेश रद्द करने के लिए छात्र को उस विशेष कॉलेज में जाना होगा और समय में आवेदन को अच्छी तरह से जमा करना होगा और कॉलेज ईआरपी में उसका प्रवेश रद्द कर देगा। उसके बाद ही उसे प्रतीक्षा सूची में माना जाएगा।

Aadhaar number and Bank Account details will be mandatory only for applicant claiming Scholarship benefits.
Students in the merit list will be allocated seats based on their college, course and subject combination preferences in the application, subject to availability of the seats in their respective categories. Please fill the subject combinations carefully. You should choose the maximum number of combinations to ensure your seat in that particular course/ college.
All students from Board of School Education, Haryana who have not applied for EWS/ NCC/ NSS or Sports weightage do not have to go to the college for verification of documents.
Weightage, wherever applicable, would be given as per University norms only
Students from other boards (Other than Board of School Education, Bhiwani), with or without weightage, can get their documents verified from any college in which they have applied for admission between 21 June 2019 and 29 June 2019 12:00 PM. You will be eligible for Merit List only after document verification.
All admitted students including gap year students will also reach respective colleges on 16 July also with a copy of their application ( printout) and documents as required. List of Documents as applicable :

All admissions will stand provisional and College / University can cancel any admission if the information provided by the students fake/bogus in any stage.
For admission cancellation student will have to go to that particular college and submit the application well in time and college will cancel his/her admission in College ERP. Then only he/she will be considered in the waiting list.
